Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there would be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.

  • Delivery by the end of the second business day
  • Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time

UPS Ground
  • Day-definite delivery typically in one to five days

UPS Worldwide Express*
  • 1 to 3 business days (by noon)

UPS Standard
  • Day-definite delivery typically in one to five days

UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.
  • Next business day delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states
  • Next business day delivery by 8:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., or 9:30 a.m. to most other cities in the U.S. including Anchorage, Alaska
  • Additional extended delivery locations are guaranteed up to 2:00 p.m. 
  • Optional Saturday pickup and delivery available in selected locations

UPS Worldwide Express Plus
  • 1 to 3 business days (by 9 am)

UPS Second Day Air A.M.
  • Delivery on the second business day by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon to most commercial destinations

*Please note that all taxes or costs related to customs in the final international destination will be paid by the client.
